Do people need to download an app or make an account?
No. They just tap the link you send them. It opens in their phone or computer's web browser, like any website.
Are electronic signatures legal?
For most everyday business forms in the U.S., yes. Electronic signatures are recognized under federal and state law. A few special documents have their own rules, so if you're unsure about a particular form, check with your attorney.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most projects are ready to try within a week or two of receiving your forms, depending on how many forms you have and how quickly we get your feedback.
Can I keep using my current forms?
Yes. We can place people's answers right onto your original PDF pages, so the finished copy looks just like the form you already use.
What if I need to change something later?
Just tell us. Small updates are included in your monthly plan. Bigger changes, like adding a new form, get a clear quote first.
Who receives the finished forms?
You choose. The signed PDF can go to you, your staff, and partners, and the person who filled it out automatically gets their own copy. Your private email addresses are never shown to them.
