Service Agreement

1. Services

Brightside Services Co. ("Brightside") will provide the services selected on the Your Information tab, as described in your estimate or confirmation email.

2. Scheduling

We'll confirm your start date in writing. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Payment

Invoices are due within 15 days. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. One-time projects canceled within 48 hours of the start date may be charged a fee.

5. Property and Access

You agree to provide safe access to any location where services are performed and to tell us about anything we should know beforehand.

6. Communication

We may contact you by email, phone, or text about your service. You can update your preferences at any time.

7. Agreement
